Do you offer low-volume customization?
Yes. Feasibility depends on the product characteristics and manufacturing process. For low-volume orders, unit pricing may be higher because setup and preparation costs are spread over fewer parts.
How soon can I get a quote?
The typical evaluation timeframe is approximately 2–4 business days. Actual timing may vary depending on the completeness of the drawings provided and the estimated production volume.
How can I check the current project status?
You may contact us by phone or email, and we will provide the latest order status update. Based on the current manufacturing stage, we will also estimate the expected shipment timeline.
How long does it usually take to ship after placing an order?
Standard lead time: 2–4 weeks, subject to product specifications, process requirements, and production schedule. Estimated delivery will be provided after order confirmation, with proactive progress update
What should I do if defective items are received? How do you handle traceability?
Upon receipt of any defective items, please follow the steps below for swift resolution:
1. Notify us immediately
Immediately document the defects with photos and contact us by phone or email, providing a defect report for proper tracking and resolution.
2. Identify the cause and implement corrective actions
We promptly review the process with our partners, determine the defect cause, and implement improvements to prevent it from happening again.
3. Report and Resolution Plan
We will respond to the issue as quickly as possible and discuss with you the most suitable resolution, such as a refund, replacement, or additional shipment, ensuring the problem is effectively and promptly addressed.
4. Inventory Inspection and Synchronization
Upon receiving your feedback, we will promptly inspect the relevant batch inventory and remove any potentially affected items to prevent the same issue from being shipped again.
